Darren arrived in January, 2003 from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, having spent the previous six years working with the University Church. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration and a Master of Arts Degree from The University of Alabama. He is a high school football official, serves with the board of Impact, and is a fan of the Cincinnati Reds. |

John Grant - Church Administrator John Grant has worked with College Hills since 2005. He is responsible for ministry development and coordination, and he works with the LIFE group ministry. His goal is to equip people with resources, support, and motivation to respond faithfully to God's call. John and his wife Amy have three daughters, and he holds degrees from Lipscomb University and Abilene Christian University. |

Miriam Harding - Youthreach Ministry Intern Miriam is from Memphis, TN and is a junior at Lipscomb University where she is studying for a Dietetics degree. She is also finising up her second year of being a resident assistant in Elam Hall. Miriam is engaged to Hayden Parrish, also a College Hills Youthreach Intern, and they will get married July 30th. Miriam is looking forward to spending time with the teens this summer! |

Children have always been the joy of her life including her son and daughter and now her four grandsons. She considers working with the children of the College Hills church family as a tremendous blessing to her journey. |

Larry is a native of Tennessee. He and his family moved to Lebanon in 1977. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University and has advanced degrees in communication from Akron University and Kent State University. He and Carol have two children and four grandsons. His greatest joy is seeing God at work in our world today in changing lives. |

Wilson McCoy - Associate Minister Wilson McCoy began his work with College Hills in the summer of 2010. Before his arrival he completed undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lipscomb University (B.A. in Bible) and Abilene Christian University (Master of Divinity). During those years he worked with churches in Nashville, TN, Brisbane, Australia, and Ballinger, TX in a variety of roles. Currently his ministry consists of working with Young Adults, LIFE Groups, and regular preaching and teaching at College Hills. |

Kevin Owen became preaching minister in April 2008. Kevin and his three sons, Chase, Reid and Trey moved to Lebanon from Albuquerque, New Mexico where he served the Montgomery Church of Christ for 9 years. While in Albuquerque, Kevin’s wife of 18 years, Cindy Terrell Owen, lost a 6-month battle with cancer. Soon after Kevin began his new ministry in Lebanon God blessed him with a beautiful and godly helper, Jana Graves. On November 2, 2008 with the support of many wonderful College Hills members, Kevin and Jana were married. Kevin received his undergraduate training from Freed-Hardeman University and his Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry degrees from Harding Graduate School of Religion in Memphis, TN. Kevin is passionate about his Lord, his family and seeing the local church grow and thrive. |

Hayden Parrish - Youthreach Ministry Intern Hayden is from Memphis, Tennessee and is a Junior Bible and Youth Ministry major at Lipscomb University. In addition to his work at College Hills, he is a Resident's Assistant in High Rise Dorm and is a Campus Ministry Intern. He is excited to be working with the teens at College Hills. |
