· Increase our outreach to new residents and the unchurched of our community with an objective of baptizing 50 persons in 2007 and increasing that number by at least 8% per year.

· Increase our Sunday morning attendance by 8% annually.

· Increase staffing to support growth objectives.

· Expand our work to serve the growing Hispanic/Mixteca community.

· Establish and support a viable and visible campus ministry at Cumberland University.

· Establish a defined target for cross-cultural mission efforts and create a long-term missions plan.

· Focus on building Godly hearts and lives that imitate Christ.

· Strengthening the individual and congregational emphasis on prayer.

· Provide multiple small group opportunities for spiritual formation, support, and Bible study. We will grow LIFE group attendance to at least 60% of the Sunday morning service.

· Develop and implement paths to adult spiritual maturity that include Bible study, spirituality, gift development, and fulfilling God’s mission.

· Organize our human resources to bring vital opportunity to all the talents manifest in our congregation.

· Support and expand Hearthside for the benefit of those wishing a basic Christian home environment.
