College Hills Church of Christ -Summer Camp

Summer Camp 2011

Our College Hills' kids, 3rd grade (8 years old) through high school, will be joining with Smyrna Church of Christ for Summer Camp, July 3 - 8 at the Clyde York 4-H Camp in Crossville.

The theme for 2011 is "Work in Progress, Under Construction".

This is a really wonderful camp ... children can swim in a huge pool with a great waterslide, shoot rifles or bows and arrows, canoe, fish, play games, make crafts, have great Bible lessons, and sleep in air conditioned dorms.

The cost for the week is $205 per camper, with a non-refundable deposit of $100 due by June 1. Applications are now available at the Children's Ministry kiosk in the foyer, the Children's Ministry Info Desk, and the lobby Info Desk.

Melissa Pittman is coordinating the College Hills group and looking for adult workers who will share in the camp week. Let her know if you can be part of the staff. The terrific facilities (including air conditioned dorms and dining hall) add to the inviting experience.

SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS: Christian camp can have a tremendous impact on a child's faith, so we want to make sure money does not keep any kids from going. If you would be able to help local kids go to camp, please see John Grant or Carol Locke. Also, let us know about kids who might have a need.
