What

is

CPYU?

 

The Center for Parent/Youth Understanding (CPYU) is largely the work of Walt Mueller.  Walt did youth ministry for several years before spending the last twenty years studying, writing, and speaking about youth culture. Walt and his staff have developed a reputation as a trusted voice providing cutting-edge information, resources and analysis on today's youth culture.  They do an excellent job.

Their resources include: Youth Culture Update, the CPYU Parent Page, CPYU's Archive of Articles which provides in-depth information on numerous topics relating to youth culture.  There are also helpful Media Reviews, a Reading List area and the Links pages which provide resources to help parents stay in touch.  The Center for Parent/Youth Understanding is a nonprofit organization committed to building strong families by serving to bridge the cultural-generational gap between parents and teenagers.
